All orders are sent with a tracking number.

During the periods and sale promotions, delivery time may be longer than normal.

 

Return

TKTX will accept exchanges and returns of unused and unused products within 7 days from the delivery date, in the presentation of the original TKTX receipt sent in the buyer's email.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. The cost of shipping is up to the customer. We will send a return notification email to notify it as soon as the return is completed.
Wait 1-3 business days upon receipt of the product at our address so that the refunds are received in the original payment or credit form as soon as the return is processed.
